Well I hope everyone is doing well with our good weather and I am on my way to have my surgery the 30th of June, thank God I wasn't put up 4 to 6 weeks like the Drs recepionists said I might be. I still have this flu slighty but They put me on predisone and some other thing for my cough. Please guys pray for me I really count on this site as my family is all on the east coast and i truly am scared silly.I try not to put too much of a burden on my husband as I'm sure you try to keep your family protected some what too. Victor is always on my mind I know he is going through this now.Cancer is reallly a very lonely disease. Thanks all for everything,itybitty1

Hi itybitty1,
I wanted you to know that you and Victor are both in my thoughts and prayers. We all know what kind of an emotional roller coaster your riding. Hopefully, right now it's as about as low as it's going to get. Your full of apprehension and you don't want to burden your loved ones anymore than you have too. I guess that I learned that that's what Friends are for. Their with you through thick and thin and just when you think that you can't heap anymore on them, they'll ask for more! Don't let your cancer get you emotionally. It can and will physically kick the crap out of ya but I honestly believe that we can control the impact that it has on us emotionally. Hang tough. Fight like you've never fought before. Cancer will try to play head games with you. Don't let! May God grant you the strength that you need to get through this battle.

You been in my prayers since you first posted here. I know it is scary but I am confident you are going to do fine. You'll find that you are stronger than you think.
It is okay to be scared, don't worry about that. It is nice to keep your family protected but right now you are the one that needs the care. Lean on your husband, if you need to.
We will be rooting for you.
Hugs and prayers,
TereB0
