question???
Hello,
My husband was 1st diagnosed with a low grade 10 lb liposarcoma in 1987. He had a reccurrance that was overlooked by his doctor for 5 years (the doctor never looked at the MRI results). He has had major surgeries in 2005 and 2007 to remove recurrent tumors with a change in stage and grade. It is now a dedifferentiated high grade metistatic cancer. Do you think that if he would have had surgery sooner (during the 5 years of overlooking) it would be likely that he would not be dealing with such a bad prognosis?
