how long in hospital

i was wondering how long the doctors kept you in the hospital after a partial nephectomy. my surgery is scheduled for friday june 13th. my doctor is not going for a lap surgery.

    I had a radical nephectomy (whole kidney, adrenal gland and surrounding tissue) I had the procedure done in a German Hospital and was in the Hospital a total of 5 days.
