I am scheduled to have the nodule that is growing in my left lung removed on 6/4/08. I am Stage 4 which had already spread to my liver when diagnosed, I had primary tumor removed 3/7/06 and liver resection 5/27/06 and have been feeling fine since. Cat scan shows that nodule in left lung has almost doubled in size since January scans. I would appreciate very much if you could please keep me in your thoughts at this time. I will post asap after surgery..God is good. Hugs to you, Audrey.

Hi Audrey,
Sending love, prayers and best wishes your way. I have had lung surgery twice -- to remove solitary lung nodules. Sounds scary (at least it did to me) but in my experience it went really well. I had uncomplicated recovery and was up and about pretty quickly. I wish you a very successful surgery and a rapid and uneventful recovery. Tara -

Hey, good luck! You and I have similiar paths and I had a lung lobectomy done in Nov of 07. I know everything is different but of the 3 surgeries, this was the easiest to come back from. I was skiing in 2 months! I too am stage 4 with liver resection done and now getting CT scans every 3 months. You will do great! let us know
