Pimples or rash all over the head

They cut my hair very very short, less than a 1/4 of an inch two weeks ago. It's still falling, but because it's so short it's falling very slow now.
What I'm getting is so many red pimples on the head, it looks like a rash. I don't know if this is normal, or if I have to be alert.
I'm going for the blood count next Thursday, I don't know if I will have to go to the Dr. before that day...
Did someone have the same or similar experience?
Thank you for any input!!

I also my head shaved all the way 2 week after my first chemo. I've also noticed some brown spot showing later but my husband said it is not pimple, they look more like freckles. I really didn't get bothered about until now that I read your post. Maybe I have to alert my onco or the nurse. I hope it's nothing to worry about.
God bless,

I to had the rash..I also had cut my hair and it did the same thing it quit falling out as much if fact I still have a little hair. I called my Dr. When the rash first started and he said it was ok..just another side affect..he told me to put some cortizone on it but it only helps for alittle while...it will get better but takes time.
