Having trouble with the e-mail

I have been trying to e-mail some of my friends and am having difficulty. Any tips. All of of you out there "hello". I finally learned how to add friends and now one time out of two it won't let me do it. Help?: Best wishes to all of you out there. I am going for my 6 mos. scan in 2 weeks. Nervous as can be.

go to the person's web site. Look in the upper right hand side. It should say Email this person, Add as Friend (and something else!) Click on email.
