Help- I think I am losing my mind! My husband has mastasic melinoma- DR- says stage 4- I know nothing about this- Has a long history of cancer in family - father died @ 46-I need to talk- I am 43- he is his 47- Can anyone talk to me about this? Doing - Interferon- for a year HELP!!!

Please if anyone can tell me anything- stage 4-masastic-meinoma- unknow primary- year of chemo- started June-2007- doing shots now at home- just had him on the ER with a 1031/2 temp - DR- watching- left lung- now have consolidating infiltrate in the posteromedial segments of left lung- PNEUMONIA- HELP

Lori, I am so sorry I know nothing of this type of cancer. I just writing to let you know my thought and prayers are with you. The one thing I do know is the fear cancer brings when it is a loved one. I really hope this works out for you both. Try to keep us posted
