I am in Texas and know nothing about your area, sorry. However,I would suggest looking on the American Cancer Society website for a branch in your area, or call information and ask about it. Some hospitals that treat patients have support groups too, you might call or look on the hospital websites.

Debbie,
I'm in Georgia but we do have a great chatroom...it is down right now but many go on during the week. On Tuesday, there is a breast chat at 9PM in Chat 2. There is a good number that is 24/7 that might help 1-800-227-2345. It is the ACS number. I'll see what I can research to help you. What type cancer and if I could get some info to see what you are looking. I had a bilateral mastectomy March of 2007 and went through chemo and reconstruction. All of us can pull together to help you. We are a strong sisterhood. Angela -
