Acute Neuro-endocrine thyroid cancer

Hello, has anyone been diagnosed with or know anyone who has Acute Neuro-endocrine thyroid cancer? My sister-n-law, age 36, is undergoing chemotherapy for this and I'm trying to find out information since it is a rare cancer. Any information would be appreciated.
