Read this article in the Parade magazine that comes with my Sunday Washington Post paper and thought my family here would find it interesting.

Additionally, it seems to me that more and more research is being done on this subject.

    Thank you - it came with my Providence Journal and I found it offered a lot of hope. I tend to be a worry-wart. Not necessarily negative thoughts but wondering about the "what-ifs". This article makes you want to actually practice conciously positive thinking. It certainly can't hurt and probably helps in more ways than one!
