Happy 50th, Bruce!! Congratulations!!
I wasn't on board when you were having your bumps along the road, which some of the others seem to know about. So, with the risk of sounding repetitive, could you let those of us who are fairly new to the board what some of those bumps were that you ran into?
I was dx 12/06, cc Stage III, surgery Jan/07, 8 months of chemo, 6 weeks of daily radiation and now am 4 months post-chemo. I'm having muscle/joint pain (which I didn't have while taking the chemo, but it has showed up afterwards) and my CEA is somewhat elevated so am going for a PET scan on March 6th. Other than that, I seem to be feeling fine and have an upbeat attitude, etc.
But if you could share what some of the bumps are, I figure it's always better to be prepared for bumps along the road
