Thank you for the info. Can you tell me if Doxil and Caelyx are made from the same Laboratory? Were trying to find something cheaper that Caelyx to mix it with Avastin. Thanks for the help. Liz

    I do nor know who makes this chemo..also there is a slight difference in these two types of chemos so maybe the caelyx will be cheaper. I'm sorry I gave you some info that wasn't 100% accurate...they are very similar..accept the Doxil is encased in a fat capsule,and so there fore stays in your system longer. I thinks it's a bit better than caelyx. if you can find the manufacturer amybe they would donate the med for your Mom,kinda like some companies here in the US, that give the med for patients who can't afford to buy.
