I did not have my DIEP surgery in Arizona but I did have it in Charleston,SC. I can assure you it was the best decision I had made throughout my cancer adventure. I am very happy with the results and I still have the last steps to finish. I had originally had implant put in and it turned out to be a nightmare that lasted two years. If I could go back I would definately go with DIEP . The surgery was painful but the results are so worth it, the fact knowing they use your own flesh is such a relief to me. Best of Luck to you.
