My Mom has been on Femara the last month but I guess it hasn`t been any good because she still has some pains that come and go. Her CA 125 last month out of 21 ..was 8.96 and today`s result is 14.6 and I don`t like the sound of that since last time she was sensible to the marker and started to rise. I know the Dr. is going to say she is within range but I have a bad feeling about this, hope I`m wrong. We see tommorrow. Some prayers for her will be appreciated. Liz

Lizper,
I will say a prayer for your Mom and pray all goes well for her. My Onc does not go by the ca-125,if it continues to rise every 3 months then he orders a CT scan, and waits for it to show up. That time usually gives me another 6 months or so off chemo so I can continue to get stronger for the next battle. I also pray that the Femara starts to work and your Mom's pain will disappear. (((hugz)))~~~Joanne
