My 83 yr old mother will not be going through Chemo after her radiation because we feel she is not strong enough for it due to compromised kidney function, and an illiostomy after a 7 hr surgery which removed her bladder and most of her vaginal area. Has anyone else had anything similar and made the same decision? Thank you.
