It's Time Again

Well, it's time for my husband's 6 month colonoscopy again. (Dx crc Oct 03, chemo/rad, then surgery, NED since.) We are running 2 months behind this time. My husband's original doctor has moved back to his wife's home in Mississippi. We were told his wife has cancer (not sure what type) and there is nothing that can be done for her. This is very sad, she was a chemo oncologist here. Both of them have saved many lives and our prayers are with them.
We have had a hard time finding a doctor to replace Dr. L, but are praying for the best with this new doctor.
Please pray for us that my husband is still NED and also keep Dr. L and his wife in your prayers also.

You and your husband definitely will be in my prayers for a clear colonoscopy. I will also keep Dr. L and his wife in my prayers. I'm sure they are going through a very difficult time right now. Let us know how things turn out with your husband's scope.

Funny you should mention this. I am going for my first colonoscopy since I was dx'd a year ago.
I am 8 weeks post chemo and need to have one.

Scary, isn't it? Mine will be next week.
