MY mom may get the surgery tomorrow morning, 30% of survival rate, i am so stressed, if she dont get it its a matter of days or so??? my mom is weak and in the hospital with heavy meds every 4 hours...( she is getting the perforation closed up and the primary tumor in the colon removed and a coloscopy put on. Please pray for the surgery and recover.

    Your mom is so lucky to have such a wonderful daughter like you. I know this is very hard (I was a caregiver to my mom), but you do have what it takes to get through this and so does your mom. Tell her how much you love her and be possitive about everything. 30% survival compared to a matter of days?? Heck, I'm going with the 30%! There is no reason to believe that your mom won't be in the 30%. Again, think possitve thoughts and pray. Sending lots of prayer and good thoughts your way.

    Well my mom decided not to do the surgery, the surgeon told her he wouldnt perform it on his mother, he said my mom was to weak and immune system is very low...so I quess me and my brothers will just have to enjoy her while we have her, THANK YOU all soooo much, its a nice feeling knowing that plp care even the ones that you dont really know... I will keep you all posted on Mom, Um hopeing for a miracle....
