I am preparing for battle, hubby had results of cat scan and we have 3 new mets to the liver and pounds of fluid in abdomen from disease progression to the liver? We are going on a different chemo that does the bad rash to the face and the bad diarrea. He will start this week. I want to find out the best creams to the face and strategies to help with the pounds of fluid. The doctor said it could be drained, but the fluid has valuable protein in it? Also still low on red blood cells, now getting shots every 2 weeks to stimulate red cell growth. I had my pity party and am now trying to get back positive in the attack mode.

    my Onco just gave me a new medicine that helped a lot...its clindamyn phosphate topical gel 1%. No..it did not go away...but the redness is gone and I have a lot less pimples..
