Well, finally, after a very scary conversation with the gal from my primary care doc who said "I really can't tell you the results, I don't know how to read them...I'll send them to your oncologist...she will tell you"...(I KNOW these are an easy read...sigh...)...
The results from both the mammo and the ultrasound came back 'No indication of malignancy'. So, even tho there is a lump, which I will continue with the investigation, it doesn't look like the beast!!!!
Thanks all for the support! I can breathe again!!!
Hugs, Kathi

Congtatulations!! A lot of dancing tonight! I've been worried about you. I'm following behind you with my crc and br ca and was hoping for the best.
I'm off to sleep for a long unmedicated deep sleep with a decided absence of stress from the last several weeks!
Congrats, Sheilah0 -
Kathy, I am so happy for you as not having the beast again. I was a little nervous as having it in one breast and thinking we can get it again in the other one. Even though i am taking Arimidex i still wonder and worry. Keep us posted as to the next step or will the Dr. just watch it.0

Kathi! I think I know what the lump is.....I recently heard that Drs' are able to surgically implant a micro-iPod into women's breasts because we are always complaining that men never listen to us!!!
Seriously, I am sooo thrilled for you! The entire discussion board is exhaling at your good news!
Hugs,
