Has anyone used the clamps or other devices for incontinence besides the pads?

Tried two different types of clamps, neither was any good. Not effective in stopping leakage and were very irritating.

Yes bajakid, I have. I had the same problem that you have, but my Urologist implanted a Artificial urinary sphincter prosthesis. I have had now for 7 years. There is a little leakage if I cough, laugh, or sneeze, so I wear a little pad, one a day.
