radiation treatments?

Hi,
Has anyone ever had radiation done to the liver?
My Onc says no.. its not an option..?
I am stage 4 with a big tumor on the liver, and I dont see why radiation cant be used..

    I never had radiation treatments, but have you spoken with other Onc Drs or Radiation Onc Drs? You will find that second and third opinions are worth the time and effort. Recommendations; MD Anderson, Sloan-Kettering, John Hopkins, Cancer Treatment Centers, Mayo Clinic, etc

    I had a RFA, Radiofrequency Ablation done on a tumor in my liver. I also had chemoembolization done twice on my liver. Not exactly radiation but targets the liver only.
