went to dr and since july psa went from 3.5 to 8.5 now he feels something on rectal exam that was not there in july.he put me on cosadex and need to get new cat scan and bone scan.anybody know if there anyplace to get help with cost of casodex one month supply $500 only on social security.anybody else have similar problem after 2 years after surgery thank to all

    Dear JoJo.

    I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with a rising PSA. Have your Dr. check with the pharmecutical company that makes Casodex. In some instances, when patients cannot afford the drug, the pharmecutical company will get you the drug free of charge.

    My husband had prostate cancer of 2003 and has being doing well since that time. He is 65 now but, I pray constantly that he will not have a recurrence.
