Mary from WI - it's been awhile!
I hope each and every one of you are safe, happy, and doing well today and always! ; )
Also, and I don't know if any of you even remember me but...
I just wanted to let everyone know that after my mom's battle with Stage IV Colon Cancer - she passed away, at home, and in her sleep during the night of 9/16/07. Her husband realized her passing on 9/17/07.
I knew we were coming towards the end; but still never ever wanted to give up; and neither did she (or any of us for that matter). But she was having seizures (tumors in her brain as well) and "this horrible beast" just decided to take over her entire body.
Luckily, and although I am very sad, I feel all of our prayers have been answered. I know she just did not want to live like this anymore so...
Again, I cannot "thank you all enough" for your sincere and caring words of encouragement and prayers during this trying time for myself and my family.
She is "finally" in heaven; where she is looking down upon us as we speak so...
Sincerely & Love,
Mary from WI

Hi Mary, I am sorry for your loss. your mom was a very lucky Mom to have such a caring daughter. In a way we all feel the loss when cancer takes a body. But never forget it's only the body it can have, the spirit is already spoken for. I hope you can find some peace knowing that your mom is at peace now and know that Heven just got another angel.

Of course I remember you and I know others do too. Mary, I am so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you, your mother's husband, and the rest of the family. I want to thank you for letting us know about her passing. You and she were on my mind. Sending prayers and warm wishes.

Hi Mary. Sorry to hear of your moms passing but like you said she is in a better place with no more physical or mental suffering. We all hate to see our parents pass on but I think watching them suffer is worse. MindytaraHK said:Of course I remember you and I know others do too. Mary, I am so sorry for your loss. Mary , A big hug and sure I remember you and your mom. I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope that it gives you some comfort that she was at home and that she may be out of eyesight, but never far away. She'll always be in your heart and you'll be reunited one day. I have no doubt. God Bless and my sincere condolences to you and your family .
