Coping with death

It is five years since my mother and sister died a month a part and I realise that I have never dealt with their deaths separately. 2001 and 2002 were years of caregiving and making choices at times who needed most attention. Since their death alot of my energy has been used to keep my elderly father standing and I feel now I need to talk about my experiences of the death of two people who were so important to me.

I agree with Dana, I called the number and it is 24/7. They are great and have good advise. Dealing with death is very difficult especially with a mom and sister. Going through grieving is difficult but there is hel out there. Taking care of an elderly father is extremely hard. Talk with friends and please call that number. It is nice to call even if it is 2am. Angela0
