Back in February, just a few days before my reconstruction surgery, some girl friends and I went out for a "Celebration of Boobs". We went to Hooters! What could be more appropriate? We had a blast! I posed for pics with the Hooters girls. What a 'hoot'! They had fun as well, and even put together a team for the Relay!
Well, we've decided to do it again in October. I've finished my SECOND reconstruction (bad surgeon first time around) and should be all healed by then. So, on the 2nd Friday in October (which we all know is breast cancer awareness month) we are once again having a "Celebration of Boobs" at Hooters in Pelham, AL. If you're nearby, join us (wear something pink), and if you're not, gather up a group of your own girlfriends and go celebrate at your nearest Hooters (or somewhere, just celebrate)!
