congrats on the finishing of treatments! dances the snoopy dance. Congrats on the anniversary too!
What I used to lessen the visibility of the scar is pure shea butter. It is WONDERFUL and shea butter keeps your skin moisturized.
bunches of hugs to a great Warrior..YOU!!

Congrats!!! Please celebrate this milestone. You can continue to fight this beast by starting a fitness program. It can be any kind of fitness you enjoy: walking, kayaking, tennis, fitness classes, whatever. It will help you with both emotional and physical health and yes, the research shows it is effective at reducing reoccurences as well as making us stronger. Start really easy, like 10 minutes a day (if that's not too much) and work up to 30-60 minutes a day. By the way, a therapist told me where to get the cheapest, purest shea butter: go to the local department store where they sell hair treatments for African Americans. Palmer's shea butter is great stuff and loads cheaper and purer than anywhere else.babs49242 said:congrats on the finishing of treatments! dances the snoopy dance. Congrats on the anniversary too!
