Aftereffects of IV

Fellow travellers,
I started Chemotherapy today for breast cancer...sitting in the chair 3 hours reading, sleeping, watching TV, and getting aquainted with the young man next to me...College freshman battling with brain tumors, since January. My question is this...since coming home from treatments (approx 7 hours) I seem to be experiencing "ghost traces",for lack of a better word...continued sensations of cool liquid moving in various parts (arms, shoulders, chest) like I did while I was hooked to the IV. I figure it is normal because 3 hours of IV fluids must take time to get pumped around the body...I just have not read or heard about anyone having similar expriences, and I figure this is a great place to ask, till I get back to the chemo lab and ask the nurses, or the Doc. Has anyone had a similar experience?
Thanks for the input, seof.

Thanks, it's always good to know that I am not as unique as I might have thought. Hang in there! seofbabs49242 said:I did..and sometimes now I feel a 'cool' sensation going thru my body. I named that'ghost' my army pals that are eating up and slaying the bad cells. It is a weird feeling....
bunches of hugs,
