The Lupron would be the logical next step. Radiation perhaps later if necessary. I have had both and have survived 4 years and am doing ok. I still have a rising psa but am optimistic. Avoiding stress has helped me alot. Side effects of Lupron are not pleasant as I am sure you have been told, but it will probably increase your survival. There are no easy fixes but life is not suppossed to be easy. Best of luck!!

I had my prostate removed in December. My doctor said if PSA rose, hormonal would be next step. Sounds like your doctor is correct.

    Good luck.
