Is there any way to keep the "treat cancer" person from putting their multiple advertisements on the site? Can their IP be blocked?

    As everyone else that visits this board, I do not understand the gale of someone that is so self serving and hateful. People like him/her are like their own form of cancer for sure.

    The individual needs to find another way to make his blood money!!!
