COLONOSCOPY AND ENDESCOPIC WENT WELL YESTERDAY. NO SIGNS OF RECURRING CANCER, BUT DID SEVERAL BIOPSIES FROM THE COLON AND STOMACH. WILL HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR RESULTS....ALSO TESTING FOR A BACTERIA IN THE STOMACH NEXT WEEK ON THE 29TH. I HAVE READ THAT THIS IS TREATABLE WITH MEDICINE. HOPE THIS IS WHAT CAUSED HER CEA COUNT TO RISE. SEE THE ONC ON WED. AND REG. DR. ON THURSDAY.

I JUST WANTED TO THANK EVERYONE FOR THEIR HELP.

    Good news on the tests.. why so long on biopsy results. Two weeks seems awfully long? Keep us posted . God Bless and best wishes for your mom

    Great news! I once had a bacteria in my stomach named H.Pylori. I had to take a number of pills over a week and voila, cured. I will pray that the biopsies will come back negative (which I am sure they will). Monica
