Bone Mets and Exercise ...

I posted last month about execises to lose weight and I received fantastic suggestions. I want to thank cruf, LesleyH, Cabbott, mssue and Future for the great ideas ... and I want to let you know what I am doing. My Onc referred me to PT and I now have a walking/stretching routine. I am swimming at the Y ... I always loved swimming ...and my sister found a hypnosis seminar that will be coming to a town near us very soon! Thanks to all of you ... I actually feel better already ... no weight loss but baby steps .... Jamie

    Congratulations! You made the first step which is the hardest! The rest should be much easier. Enjoy the exercise. Please keep us informed. HUGS!! Cathy

    Hurray for you!! The first step is the very hardest of any journey and you are on your way. Make a routine you enjoy and you will succeed!

    Congratulations. I'm sure the weight loss will follow. Just exercising will tighten those muscles so you will look great!
