                    Hey Gang!
When I was in treatment in the leukemia ward, it was touch and go, things were tense.. but having a bit of normalcy at home was good for the spirit. So, I thought I would be nice to venture away from cancer for a short moment and post my favorite Christmas movies and have you post yours. I thought it would be a fun way to get our minds off our health for a while!
Merry Christmas!
-Michael
My favorite Christmas movies

            Hi Michael,
We're still in the 12 days of Christmas, so I'm not too late - my favorite is Scrooge, with Albert Finney, Sir Alec Guinness. It's a musical and very British (the way Dickens should be!) Check out Scrooge's fingernails when the Ghost of Christmas Present turns up the lights - very realistic (ick!)
I really like the Muppet Christmas Carol too. Holiday Inn is where Bing Crosby first sings "White Christmas" - it's a fun 40s musical. The other thing I like are the Christmas variety shows from the 1960s - like the Andy Williams Christmas specials and the Carpenters also had Christmas specials. Can you tell - I like a good musical!
 blessings of the season,
 jill
