my mom is 84 and had a mastectomy 42 years ago. Her arm has always been slightly larger than the other, but just recently it has swelled considerably. She is wearing a sleeve and having massage therapy, but finds it very difficult since it is her dominant arm and she lives alone. Has anyone else had this happen so many years later. Any suggestions to help her continue to live independately, as I live in another state.
