Ok, hang on a minute....grabbing the pom poms....now here goes.....
As you may (or may not) recall, I was stage 4. Mine spread to my liver and a couple of lymph nodes. What got me through this? Well, I'll tell you....it was a few things. First of all, running every test under the sun. Detection is key. You cannot fix what you cannot find. So your doctors are right on task so far, by doing the PET scan. Secondly, keep up the positive energy. Throwing in the towel is not an option. Pick that chin up little nipper and see how far you have come. YOU ARE AMAZING! YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LET A LITTLE LYMPH NODE INVOLVEMENT GET IN THE WAY OF YOUR RECOVERY!! Finally, you are here now. Every breathing minute you are here is another chance to enjoy life. Our experiences make us stronger. They make us what we are. Yes, the fight sucks, but losing sucks more. YOU CAN GET THROUGH THIS! FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!!!
Ok, on a softer note, we are all here for you. We will cheer you up, cheer you on, and congratulate you every step of the way. Never lose hope. You will tap into what works for you either medically, nutritionally, or emotionally to carry you through this speed bump.
Now, smile at yourself in the mirror and promise yourself that you will do everything in your power to keep a positive attitude in your spirit, and determination in your heart.
All my best,

Stacy and everyone else are correct. Take a deep breath and start to push yourself forward - slowly. Know that you have many many people here who are with you supporting you and praying for you. Define your situation with the PET scan and then work with your doc to develop a plan of attack.
Keeping you in my prayers.
