Well to lazy to go back and see if I ever posted about this book I was given. When going through the last problem of my son's someone gave this to me to read, someone who has read the gamit of self help books.
The book is a Hazelden Meditation Series
The Promise of a New Day
a book of daily meditations
I had been trying to make my son see that his ways cause the conflicts in his life. Complication and trouble was the outcome of doing things that went against our way of thinking. Conformity it doesn't have to be but laws are there for a reason...
Well soon my son read a few books as I had at his age and it started to open his mind a little to other ways. He soon realized quickly that doing good created good Karma and good things start to happen. Wow did they ever and I am so grateful to have seen it, especially after the years I have had to accept his life as it was.
This book is all the books I have read into one that his easy to read and wow did it ever strike me.
Be good to yourselves always,
