Question about remission

I finished chemo and radiation, for stage3 lymphoma, 3 years ago this August.
The doc said on my last radiation treatment ok that it your done and good luck.
It felt kind of weird.
It was like what no advice or anything just good luck?
I do not know how unusual my decission is
but,
I have not seen a doc in those 3 years.
I should stress that it has been by choice.
I do not wish to undergo any more treatments should my cancer ever return and except my fate.
In the mean time
however, I worry that I may be missing out on valuable post cancer advice.
Mostly, health and nurtrician advice.
Some of it of a kind of personal nature if you follow me.
I am looking for something online that I can ask questions and get advice.
Thanks.
