hello, i'm wondering if anyone has a remedy for the numbness in my hands and feet from the chemo. the nails on my hands and feet are bad as well. any suggestions? thanks.

    mine went away gradually in about a year....in fact, even with a nutritionist, hypnotist, exercise and great support, it took about a year to feel halfway normal....now, 7 years after diagnosis and treatment, no neuropathy at all

    I would recommend B-100 complex. Check with a knowledgeable health store .. B-6 if memory serves me can be important. Good luck.
