Removing scar tissue

I had cancer at the base of my tongue removed sucessesfully but it left scar tissue and i can not swallow food. Is there a Dr. that will remove the scar tissue? I live in Fl but will travel most any where. I do not want to live the rest of my life out of a feeding tube if I do not have too. Thanks before hand for any information Divebuck
