Hi everyone,
Just a brief bio: Dx in July 2003 Stage IV colon cancer, with 2 lymph nodes.. surgery, colostomy for 18 mos... then reversed... yeah!! 7 mos of 5FU, leukovorin, and oxillaplatin. Also 6 wks of radition everyday with the chemo pump. Happy to say went for my Pet CT scan last week, and they called me today to say there is no evidence of malignancy!! So I remain cancer free, from this terrible beast. There is hope, God is so good to us, just put it in his hands, and he will do the rest. God bless all of us on this board, and don't ever give up.

Hi Gail,
Congrats on your good report! One of the Churches in our town has a signboard out front with a new message every so often. This winter when I was in the middle of chemo (same oxaliplatin cocktail as you, no radiation) it read: "If He leads you to it, He will lead you through it." Isn't that the truth?!! You go, girl!
love,
Jackie -
