Just want to say thanks to all those who have taken the time to give such encouraging words of support and share their stories.
I am in a waiting game at the moment with sentinal node surgery on Monday. I was given a 50/50 chance of finding that "the beast" has spread. Mentally preparing myself that it has.
Over the past week I have returned over & over to this site and re-read all the kind words. It gives me strength and keeps me from entering that dark place. So I say thank you for remembering what it was like for you at the beginning of your journey. I will always remember the importance of this site and try and return the simple act of encouragment and support to others.

Good Luck Monday. Hope your nodes come back negative... But even if they don't things will work out just fine. There are many of here who got the news that it was in our nodes... and we are still here and doing just fine.
