As we are coming to meet many of you in Austin next week I thought those not able to come would like to see the following.
Here is a link to an australian song. It is sung by Bruce Woodley who was one of the group, "The Seekers". You may remember they were a very well known Aussie group years ago.
This song kinda brings a tear to my eye....sentimental reasons. It reminds me of our heritage and my dear parents who have passed away. The graphics are brilliant.
You will be able to sing along as the lyrics are on the page. You only need to "click" on the "listen" icon to hear it.
Please enjoy it as it describes our heritage.I would not normally go too far off topic here but coming to USA means so much to Jen amd I.We are going to be overwhelmed by emotion meeting our wonderfull friends from this group. We look forward to learning a little of your heritage while there.

Hi Ross -
This is great.
I wish I could be in Austin but it is just not possible. Still here's a link for you (unfortunately you'll have to sing by yourself - just music and words). This probably betrays my age, but then hey I am a child of the 60's and proud of it!

There's a Canadian verson of the words here too which is nice, but the original by Woody Guthrie is American.
Have a great time in Austin - sorry I won't be able to meet you.
