My mom

Well my mom died with my dad and I by her side Tuesday March 21st at 4:34 pm. She fought it until her last breath. A few minutes before her death she opened her eyes and we locked gazes and I know she saw and heard my dad and I say we love you for the last time. Thanks for all of the support and information throughout her treatment. She truly fought the beast and she will be the best guardian angel that my kids could ask for.

When I look to the sky and see a "rainbow" I think of my mum and dad and all my dear friends that have passed away. I have sent rainbows to my friends here because they are "the gift of love". Your mum has received that love and is in good hands. Look upon a rainbow with the memories of your dear mother.
We are so sad for you, may you find comfort in that she no longer suffers.

Im so sorry to hear about your mom. Its funny you said she opened her eyes at the end. I hear everyone does that. My grandmother did that and i was standing right over her. Till this day I believe she is my guardian angel. When ever I pray to her she listens and I beleive its because I was the last person she saw before she passed on. I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I can really feel your pain. My mom lost her battle last night (3/22) at 10:45 p.m. with all of her daughters by her side. I hope you find comfort in knowing she will never have to deal with the monster again. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I offer my sincerest condolences to both of you, themis01 and gabor. I remember when I lost my own mother to colon cancer, and I know how difficult a time this is for you. I wish you the best for the future.

I know that there is nothing anyone can say right now that will make you feel any better, but know that you were a rock of support for her through the entire battle and you did everything you could.
