Hi again everyone. I was dx stage 4 back in April but I've noticed that a lot of stage 4 have it met to the liver. My stage 4 met to my girlie parts is this a sign that if my cancer comes back that it would most likely be in my liver? Not that I'm thinking it's coming back because I know it isn't but I was just wondering.

Hi Sue , The whole of the digestive tract takes what it can from what passes thru ,the further thru the food gets the goodies get passed straight to the liver ,unfortunately it also acts as a pathway for breakaway ca cells. That is where chemo comes in to kill the breakaways that can cause secondaries. All we can do is have regular monitoring and deal with it when and if it happens. Try not to worry and good luck with your treatment Ron.0
