Numb - tingling fingers - Herceptin

I have a new problem that my drs. don't think is related to my Herceptin. My little finger and just past my wrist on the outside of the hand are numb and tingly (like your hand feels when it "falls asleep"). I don't have a port and get a new IV every three weeks in that hand. Has anyone out there had this happen to them during Herceptin alone?

I take herceptin weekly - but I have a port. I haven't noticed any nerve problems in my hands except that the tingling that started during my taxol treatments has not completely fixed itself. I also know several others who take Herceptin.. and none of them have mentioned this issue. But all of us have ports.

Do you by chance type alot. (In particular if it is your left hand... it normally is stressed more from hitting the Shift key.) Or do you do a lot of repetitive motions with your hands. If so, it could be carpal tunnel issues.
