    Hi Bud,

    Good luck with your new regimen. I took Folfiri for 5 months. The CPT11 caused some stomach pain during the admission, but they can give you some meds to make it go away. I have not done the Avastin yet, if my Xeloda regimen does not work, then that may be my "new year's regimen".

    With the Folfiri I did have lots of diahrrea (keep the Immodium on hand), nausea the first couple of days, very tired and of course that awful metallic taste. A couple of times I did run a fever with abdominal cramps - took meds for that also.
