I want to thank all of you. You gave me some great suggestions and I'm following up on a lot of them. I've made some new appointments with the docs to look into other treatments. I can't believe that Erbitux and Cpt11 is the only treatment out there for liver mets. Also, I was told it was inoperable by one surgeon. I need to explore others.
I also called my onc and insisted that I continue to get CEAs every two to three weeks and CAT scans every three months. I'm going to continue to get the weekly Erbitux and biweekly CPT11 until we figure something else out.
With your encouragement, I am warming up my juicer. I am going to a local health food store to see if I can pick up some of your suggestions. I am also trying not to skip my workouts on days I don't feel well. I'm just saying that I will try my best on those days.
Thanks guys, I'll keep in touch to tell you how it goes.
