Hot flash

Hello everyone.
After 5 doses injection of lupron still have terible hot flash.Is there anybody know any medication for reducing period or duration of this?

    I don't know from personal experience but I heard from a physician that Effexor reduces hot flashes...

    I took Lupron and did not care for the hot flashes either and now that my psa is rising again my urologist wants me to either take more Lupron or get castrated and if I decide to chose between the two I will chose castration as I have no insurance or job and the Lupron shots are very expensive and must be repeated whereas the other is permanent and will stop testosterone production forever.
