Where is Dr. Jeremy Kortmansky?

Dr. Jeremy Kortmansky has left Memorial Sloan Kettering and we were told he has moved to Connecticut and may be practicing near New Haven. However, we have been unable to find him. We live in Connecticut and had a successful experience with Dr. Kortmansky with an ampulary carcinoma, almost three years ago. We'd like to continue to see Dr. Kortmansky but have no idea where he is practicing. Can anyone out there help us?

    Still no word back from the ACS. They responded that they would look. I guess he's gone on an extended vacation. We'll keep trying. Thanks again.
