Popping in throat - from radiation?

When I had radiation in my chest and throat, and recently when I swollow, my throat 'pops'. there is no other way to explain it. It is more annoying than anything else, but it really sin't normal. Any thoughts? Has this happened to you? I think I will call my radiologist and make an appointment, but was wondering if anyone here has had any experience.
Thanks!

Thanks Jose! I went to my onc and he said that it might be scar tissue and that once my pregnancy is done, he wants me to see an ENT doctor to figure it out/fix it.
Thought I would post a follow up here just in case someone else is having this problem after radiation in the throat/chest area.
