need a plastic surgeon in las vegas

hi! i am going through breast reconstruction after a bilateral mastectomy. i have tissue expanders in place and have been having injections to expand my pec muscles. i recently moved to las vegas in the middle of the reconstruction. i know vegas has lots of plastic surgeons for breast implants, but i want to find a board certified plastic surgeon who has lots of experience with breast reconstruction. has anyone found a great physician you would recommend? i am looking for someone that has great surgical skills as well as a good bedside manner. thanks for any input.
